Our Commitment to Your Privacy

QuickInvoice Plus ("we", "us", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use QuickInvoice Plus.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

QuickInvoice Plus is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone)
• Company or client data you enter
• Invoice contents, financial data, or payment details
• Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV)
• Location data
• Browsing or usage analytics

There are no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no crash reporting SDKs integrated into the App.

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

All data you create in QuickInvoice Plus — including your company profile, client list, and invoices — is stored only on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework (on-device storage).

• This data never leaves your device.
• This data is not uploaded to any server controlled by us.
• If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
• If you use iCloud backup, your data may be included in your personal Apple iCloud backup, managed by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. In-App Purchases (Subscriptions)

QuickInvoice Plus offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("Pro Monthly" and "Pro Yearly"). Purchase and subscription management is handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit framework and the App Store.

• We do not process or store your payment information.
• Payment is handled by Apple under your Apple ID.
• We only receive a notification from Apple confirming whether your subscription is active (Pro status) — we do not receive your Apple ID, payment method, or transaction details.
• Subscription status is verified on-device via Apple's StoreKit 2 APIs.

4. Third-Party Services

QuickInvoice Plus does not use any third-party services that collect user data. Specifically:

• No Google Firebase / Crashlytics
• No Mixpanel / Amplitude / Flurry
• No Sentry
• No advertising networks (AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, etc.)
• No attribution SDKs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch)

The only external service interaction is with Apple's StoreKit (App Store), as described in Section 3.

5. Data Security

Since all your data remains on your device and is protected by your device's iOS security features (passcode, Touch ID, Face ID, encryption), we rely on Apple's built-in device-level security to safeguard your information.

6. Children's Privacy

QuickInvoice Plus is a business tool intended for professionals and freelancers. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect any data from children.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete on our servers. You have full control over your data on your device:

• Delete all data: Uninstall the App — all locally stored data is permanently removed.
• Export data: Use the App's export features (PDF, CSV) to extract your data at any time.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the App and on this document, with an updated "Last updated" date.
