This EULA is a binding agreement between you ("End-User") and JNPRD ("Developer" / "Licensor"), the provider of FieldCalc HVAC ("the Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that this EULA is concluded solely between you and JNPRD, and not with Apple.
JNPRD grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use FieldCalc HVAC on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.
You may not: (a) rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Application; (b) copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble it; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices.
JNPRD is solely responsible for providing any maintenance or support. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support. Contact: hvac-supp@12533.uk
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. JNPRD does not warrant that the Application will be error-free or that defects will be corrected. This warranty does not cover the accuracy of calculation results.
JNPRD, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application, including product liability claims and claims under consumer protection or privacy law.
All intellectual property rights in the Application are owned by JNPRD. JNPRD, not Apple, is solely responsible for addressing any claim of IP infringement.
This app is a field reference tool, not engineering software. Calculations are based on published methodologies (ASHRAE Fundamentals, Manual J/D methodology) and simplified for on-site use. Results are estimates and must not be relied upon as warranties of accuracy.
You are responsible for verifying all results against manufacturer data, local building codes, and professional judgment. Improper refrigerant charging can cause equipment damage, injury, or death.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JNPRD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Application.
You represent that you are not located in a sanctioned country/region and will comply with all applicable laws.
Your use is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms & Conditions. The app uses Apple StoreKit 2 for in-app purchases.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce it against you.

JNPRD may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you acquired the Application.
