1. Parties & Acknowledgement
This EULA is a binding agreement between you ("End-User") and JNPRD ("Developer" / "Licensor"), the provider of Food Manager Exam Prep ("the Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that this EULA is concluded solely between you and JNPRD, and not with Apple.
2. License & Scope of License
JNPRD grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use Food Manager Exam Prep on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.
You may not: (a) rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Application; (b) copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble it; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices.
3. Maintenance & Support
JNPRD is solely responsible for providing any maintenance or support. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support. Contact: foodmanager-supp@12533.uk.
4. Warranty
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. JNPRD does not warrant that the Application will be error-free or that defects will be corrected. This warranty does not cover exam performance: purchasing or using this app does not guarantee you will pass any food protection manager or food handler exam.
5. Product Claims
JNPRD, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application, including product liability claims and claims under consumer protection or privacy law.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Application — including the original question bank, explanations, and design — are owned by JNPRD. JNPRD, not Apple, is solely responsible for addressing any claim of IP infringement.
7. Study-Aid Disclaimer
This app is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any food protection certification provider, testing organization, or regulatory authority. Question bank content is original and reviewed against the FDA Food Code as of the app version's release date; food codes and local regulations change over time. Passing practice or mock exams in this app does not award or imply any certification — always confirm requirements with your certification provider and local regulatory authority.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JNPRD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Application.
9. Legal Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a sanctioned country/region and will comply with all applicable laws.
10. Third-Party Terms & Services
Your use is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms & Conditions. The app uses Apple StoreKit 2 for the one-time Pro in-app purchase. Food Code citation badges link to fda.gov, a U.S. government website that opens in your browser only when you tap it.
11. Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce it against you.

Certification names, acronyms, and logos referred to in the app belong to their respective owners; this app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. The FDA Food Code is a public U.S. government model regulation; the question bank itself is original content. Apple, the Apple logo, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
14. Changes & Governing Law
JNPRD may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you acquired the Application.
