Our Commitment to Your Privacy

Electrician Calc Pro ("we", "us", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use Electrician Calc Pro on your iPhone.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Electrician Calc Pro is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone)
• Your calculation inputs or results
• Saved calculation history contents
• Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV)
• Location data
• Browsing or usage analytics

There are no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no crash reporting SDKs integrated into the App.

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

All data you create in Electrician Calc Pro — including your saved calculation history — is stored only on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework (on-device storage).

• This data never leaves your device.
• This data is not uploaded to any server controlled by us.
• If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
• If you use iCloud backup, your data may be included in your personal Apple iCloud backup, managed by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. In-App Purchases (One-Time Unlock)

Electrician Calc Pro offers a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Electrician Calc Pro") that permanently unlocks all core calculators and the full step-by-step solution view. Purchase is handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit framework and the App Store.

• We do not process or store your payment information.
• Payment is handled by Apple under your Apple ID.
• We only receive a notification from Apple confirming whether your purchase is active (Pro status) — we do not receive your Apple ID, payment method, or transaction details.
• Purchase status is verified on-device via Apple's StoreKit 2 APIs.
• There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

4. Third-Party Services

Electrician Calc Pro does not use any third-party services that collect user data. Specifically:

• No Google Firebase / Crashlytics
• No Mixpanel / Amplitude / Flurry
• No Sentry
• No advertising networks (AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, etc.)
• No attribution SDKs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch)

The only external service interaction is with Apple's StoreKit (App Store), as described in Section 3.

5. Data Security

Since all your data remains on your device and is protected by your device's iOS security features (passcode, Touch ID, Face ID, encryption), we rely on Apple's built-in device-level security to safeguard your information.

6. Children's Privacy

Electrician Calc Pro is a professional reference tool intended for licensed electricians, electrical contractors, and apprentices. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect any data from children.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete on our servers. You have full control over your data on your device:

• Delete all data: Uninstall the App — all locally stored calculations are permanently removed.
• Export data: Use the App's "Export PDF" feature to save any calculation report at any time.

8. Reference Tool Disclaimer

Electrician Calc Pro is a reference and educational tool. Calculations are estimates based on NEC 2026 (National Electrical Code) data and standard formulas. They are not a substitute for professional engineering judgment or your local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). This disclaimer does not affect how we handle your data — it remains private and on-device as described above.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the App and on this document, with an updated "Last updated" date.
