End-User License Agreement

This agreement is between you ("End-User") and JNPRD ("Developer" / "Licensor"), the provider of VidZip ("the Application").

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that this agreement is concluded solely between you and JNPRD, and not with Apple. JNPRD, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and its content.

JNPRD grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use VidZip on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

You may not: (a) rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Application; (b) copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble it except as permitted by applicable law; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices. The license is subject to your compliance with the Apple Media Services Terms & Conditions.

VidZip offers a one-time "Pro Lifetime" purchase:

• Price: as shown on the paywall (subject to your region's App Store pricing).
• Payment: charged to your Apple ID payment method at confirmation of purchase.
• One-time, non-recurring: this is a buyout, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges, no auto-renewal, no trial periods.
• Refunds: given the nature of digital goods, all purchases are final. Refund requests are handled by Apple per their then-current refund policy.

Pro status, once purchased, remains valid for the lifetime of the App on your Apple ID.

JNPRD is solely responsible for providing any maintenance or support for the Application as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support. For help, contact vidzip-support@12533.uk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. JNPRD does not warrant that compression will be error-free, lossless, or that the output will meet your specific quality or size requirements.

You are responsible for keeping backups of important videos before compression. JNPRD is not liable for any video quality loss or data corruption.

If the Application fails to conform to applicable statutory warranties, you may be entitled to a refund from Apple. Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever for the Application.

JNPRD, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the Application or your possession/use of it. This includes:

(a) product liability claims;
(b) any claim that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement;
(c) any claim arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar law.

Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any such claim.

All intellectual property rights in the Application (source code, interface, compression engine, branding) are owned by JNPRD. JNPRD, not Apple, is solely responsible for addressing any claim that the Application infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, and for any resulting liabilities, settlements, or expenses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall JNPRD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — or any loss of data, profits, or business — arising out of or related to the Application, including but not limited to video quality loss, data corruption, storage issues, or inability to use the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

You represent and warrant that:

(a) you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a "terrorist supporting" country/region;
(b) you are not listed on any U.S. government list of restricted or denied parties;
(c) you will use the Application in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, and only process videos you have the rights to.

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Application. In particular, your use is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms & Conditions. The Application uses Apple StoreKit 2 to process in-app purchases; by purchasing, you agree to Apple's then-current terms for such transactions.

You and JNPRD acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

JNPRD may update this agreement from time to time with Application updates. Continued use of the Application after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Effective" date above reflects the current version. This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you acquired the Application, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
