1. Parties & Acknowledgement
This EULA is a binding agreement between you ("End-User") and JNPRD ("Developer" / "Licensor"), the provider of EPA 608 Exam Prep ("the Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that this EULA is concluded solely between you and JNPRD, and not with Apple.
2. License & Scope of License
JNPRD grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use EPA 608 Exam Prep on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.
You may not: (a) rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Application; (b) copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble it; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices.
3. Maintenance & Support
JNPRD is solely responsible for providing any maintenance or support. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support. Contact: epa608-supp@12533.uk
4. Warranty
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. JNPRD does not warrant that the Application will be error-free or that defects will be corrected. This warranty does not cover exam performance: purchasing or using this app does not guarantee you will pass the EPA Section 608 exam.
5. Product Claims
JNPRD, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application, including product liability claims and claims under consumer protection or privacy law.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Application — including the original question bank, explanations, and design — are owned by JNPRD. JNPRD, not Apple, is solely responsible for addressing any claim of IP infringement.
7. Study-Aid Disclaimer
This app is an independent study aid, not an official EPA product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or any testing organization. Question bank content is original and reviewed against 40 CFR Parts 82 and 84 as of the app version's release date; regulations change over time. Passing practice or mock exams in this app does not award or imply Section 608 certification — always confirm requirements with an EPA-approved testing program.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JNPRD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Application.
9. Legal Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a sanctioned country/region and will comply with all applicable laws.
10. Third-Party Terms & Services
Your use is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms & Conditions. The app uses Apple StoreKit 2 for the one-time Pro in-app purchase. Regulation citation badges link to ecfr.gov, a U.S. government website that opens in your browser only when you tap it.
11. Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce it against you.

14. Changes & Governing Law
JNPRD may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you acquired the Application.
