个人数据：无。数独挑战不需要注册账号、邮箱或登录，我们不询问你的姓名、电话、位置等信息。

Personal data: none. Sudoku Challenge needs no account, email address, or sign-in, and we never ask for your name, phone number, or location.

游戏数据：你的对局进度与断点、每日挑战记录、金币与皮肤、任务与成就、棋力与统计、个人设置，全部只保存在你设备上应用的本机存储中。这些数据是技术性游戏数据，与你的身份无关。

Game data: your progress and saves, daily-challenge records, coins and themes, missions and achievements, Rating and statistics, and personal settings all live only in the app’s local storage on your device. This is technical game data, unrelated to your identity.

使用数据与设备标识：我们不收集任何分析统计、崩溃上报、设备标识符（IDFA/IDFV）或行为追踪数据，也不跨应用、跨网站追踪你。应用内的行为日志仅写入本机系统日志，用于开发调试，不会离开你的设备。

Usage data & device identifiers: we collect no analytics, crash reports, device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or behavioral-tracking data, and we do not track you across apps or websites. In-app event logs are written only to the device’s local system log for development debugging and never leave your device.

你的游戏数据仅用于在你自己的屏幕上展示进度、结算评分与保存设置，一切计算都在本机完成。任何数据都不会被上传、共享、出售或在别处处理。我们不使用你的数据进行广告、画像或分析。

Your game data is used only to show progress, scores, and settings on your own screen — every computation happens on-device. Nothing is uploaded, shared, sold, or processed elsewhere. We never use your data for advertising, profiling, or analytics.

所有数据保存在应用的本机存储（系统应用数据空间）中，直到你删除它为止：可以在应用内「我的 → 账号与数据 → 清除本地数据」主动清空，或直接卸载应用——卸载后全部数据被永久删除，不会在任何地方留存副本。没有云端备份，数据也不会在设备间迁移。

All data stays in the app’s on-device storage (the system app-data container) until you delete it: clear it yourself under Me → Account & Data → Clear Local Data, or simply uninstall — uninstalling permanently deletes everything with no copies anywhere. There is no cloud backup, and data never moves between devices.

当前版本没有接入任何第三方数据服务：无广告网络（不含 AdSupport / SKAdNetwork）、无统计分析 SDK、无追踪器、无社交 SDK，也没有内购。

The current version integrates no third-party data services: no ad networks (no AdSupport / SKAdNetwork), no analytics SDKs, no trackers, no social SDKs, and no in-app purchases.

系统权限方面：应用未申请任何系统权限，不读取、不写入你的相册（头像自定义经系统图片选择器完成，应用仅接收你主动选中的那张图片，无法访问相册其他内容）。未来版本若提供内购、广告、云同步或保存分享图等能力，我们将更新本协议、明确告知所涉及的数据处理方式并按需申请权限。

System permissions: the app requests no system permissions and neither reads nor writes your photo library (custom avatars go through the system image picker, which hands over only the single image you choose — the app cannot access anything else in your library). If purchases, ads, cloud sync, or saving share cards arrive in a future version, we will update this policy, clearly explain the data handling involved, and request permissions as needed.

Because we collect no personal data, most rights under privacy law (access, correction, deletion, portability) are already satisfied by design — we hold nothing about you to disclose or delete. You have full control over on-device data and can delete it anytime. California (CCPA) and EU/UK (GDPR) residents are welcome to contact us with questions. We do not “sell” personal information as defined by the CCPA.

Sudoku Challenge is an all-ages casual puzzle game: no sign-up, no personal-data collection, and it is suitable for children. Guardians can clear a child’s game data by uninstalling the app or using the in-app reset.

The app is available worldwide. Since no data ever leaves your device, we make no cross-border data transfers.

Data on your device is protected by iOS’s built-in data protection (such as file-level encryption). We never transmit or store your data on any external system.
