本最终用户许可协议（「本协议」）是你（「最终用户」）与 JNPRD（「开发者」/「许可方」，数独挑战的提供方）之间具有约束力的协议。下载、安装或使用「数独挑战」（「本应用」），即表示你确认本协议仅在你与 JNPRD 之间缔结，而非与 Apple 缔结。

This End-User Licence Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (the “End-User”) and JNPRD (the “Developer”/“Licensor”, provider of Sudoku Challenge). By downloading, installing, or using “Sudoku Challenge” (the “app”), you acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded solely between you and JNPRD, and not with Apple.

JNPRD 授予你一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，允许你在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上下载、安装和使用数独挑战。

JNPRD grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, install, and use Sudoku Challenge on Apple devices you own or control.

你不得：(a) 出租、租赁、出借、出售或再许可本应用；(b) 复制、反编译、逆向工程或反汇编本应用；(c) 移除或更改任何专有声明；也不得通过外挂、破解、篡改数据等手段修改游戏进度、棋力评分或成就。

You may not: (a) rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the app; (b) copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble it; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notice; nor alter game progress, Rating, or achievements via cheats, cracking, or data tampering.

本应用「按现状」及「按可用性」提供，可能存在缺陷，不提供任何形式的保证。JNPRD 不保证本应用无错误，也不保证缺陷将被修正。

The app is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, may contain defects, and carries no warranty of any kind. JNPRD does not promise the app will be error-free or that defects will be fixed.

与本应用有关的任何索赔（包括产品责任索赔以及消费者保护或隐私法下的索赔）由 JNPRD 而非 Apple 负责处理。

Any claims relating to this app (including product-liability claims and claims under consumer-protection or privacy law) are the responsibility of JNPRD, not Apple.

All intellectual property in this app — including game design, puzzle library and algorithms, interface, copy, and artwork — belongs to JNPRD. Any IP-infringement claims are handled by JNPRD, not Apple.

本应用为离线单机游戏：你的全部游戏数据仅保存在设备本机，没有云端备份，也不会在设备间迁移。因设备故障、系统升级、卸载或清除数据造成的进度丢失，JNPRD 不承担责任（详见《隐私协议》）。请自行斟酌重要进度。

This app is an offline, single-player game: all your game data lives only on your device, with no cloud backup and no cross-device transfer. JNPRD is not liable for progress lost to device failure, system upgrades, uninstalling, or data clearing (see the Privacy Policy). Please take care of progress that matters to you.

在法律允许的最大范围内，JNPRD 不对因本应用引起或与之相关的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JNPRD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to this app.

Your use is subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. The current version integrates no in-app purchases, ads, or third-party data services; if any are added, this Agreement will be updated and announced in the app.

Apple 及其子公司是本协议的第三方受益人，有权依本协议对你执行相关条款。

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms against you.

JNPRD 可能不时更新本协议，变更后在应用内与本页面同步展示，继续使用即视为接受。本协议受你获取本应用所在司法管辖区的法律管辖。

JNPRD may update this Agreement from time to time; updates appear in the app and on this page, and continued use constitutes acceptance. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where you acquired the app.
